At Baxter Legal Services, our Attorneys and Lawyers are dedicated to understanding your legal problems and guiding you to the solution. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand your options and how to achieve your desired results.

We offer appointments outside of regular business hours because we do not want our clients to have to miss work or other obligations in order to pursue their legal representation.

Baxter Legal Services has been working in Snohomish County since 2017 with a proven record of success. We attribute this success to "doing things differently." We are improving on the traditional 'down-town' law firm model.

Free 30 Minute Consultation

At Baxter Legal, we take the time to get to know you and your financial goals starting with a 30-minute consultation free of charge. During this initial meeting, we will discuss the specifics of your matter, what we can do for you, and provide you a time/cost analysis of proposed legal solutions.

Please be aware that this consultation is not intended to provide legal advice or answers to legal questions. That information can only be provided after attorney/client privilege has been established (i.e., once you have formally retained our services and a client agreement has been signed).

Flat Fee - No Mark Ups!

We charge a flat rate as much as possible, rather than the typical hourly rate, so you can plan on no mark-up expenses. For example, we offer a flat rate for business contracts, which includes a review, draft, notary, any necessary communications or meetings, pre-signatures, and revisions.

Though we do our utmost to keep services at a flat rate, some cases may necessitate hourly billing, which we will communicate with you beforehand.
